At Plantify Garden, we want your home to flourish with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your greenery or garden accessories, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that live plants are secured and moisture-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
