What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes! Every Plantify Garden order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new greenery thrive.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
To minimize time spent in transit, we typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Are your pots and planters included with the plants?
Most of our plants come in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order at checkout.
